On May 25th the District Board passed a resolution in support of the $100 million bond referendum that was voted on and passed by county citizens in 1999 to preserve the “Ag Reserve” land for agriculture use. This unique and valuable farmland is at risk due to a proposed land swap that would benefit home builders GL Homes.
